I am a software engineer and have 15 years of work experience. I want to study in USA, UK, Canada or Australia.

To pursue Undergraduate degree in USA you need to take either SAT or ACT. To pursue MBA anywhere in the world you need to take GMAT. To pursue MS you need to take GRE. Without knowing your background, it's not possible to suggest the ideal exam for you.
