How can I pursue my MS abroad as I cannot afford to spend a large amount of money?

I am a final year mechanical engineering student. I cannot spend more than 7 lakh rupees.

You are advised to seek admission in German Universities for doing MS as cost of doing MS will be within your budget. Fee in German Universities is very nominal. German government allows students to work part-time 20 hours per week to earn sufficient money to pay for fee and living expenses. Germany
