How can I pursue Ph.D from the USA?
I have done MBA and working in the banking sector.

If you have done MBA from a recognized university then you can seek admission in USA universities for Ph.D in subjects related to management. If you have done PGDM you may have to check with targeted USA university where you want to do MBA whether they accept PGDM equivalent to MBA.
