How can I pursue Ph.D in international relations from Germany?
I have completed my Masters in political science from Delhi University and have got JRF as well.

Hi Liyaqat,
It is all about networking now. Browse university websites for their research activities, you have to check which university has research activities in your field. You have to write to the research supervisors of particular universities and share your research proposal with them, they will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Follow up rigorously. You need to check funding opportunities, international programmes, etc. Consider checking Schiller International University (SIU)- Heidelberg and School of International Studies of the Dresden University of Technology.
