Hi Deepesh,
If you want to pursue Ph.D in management, then first you have to clear the UGC NET exam and qualify JRF NET for this. Then, on clearing it, you can apply in various universities or institute for Ph.D. Forms for the UGC NET exam are out now, and you can get detailed pattern and procedure
