To pursue your Ph.D you must be accepted by a research supervisor. Begin your research by visiting university websites and find out universities offering research activities in your area. You must communicate with the respective department heads and share your research idea and proposals. They will accept you if they like what you wrote. Patience and continuous follow-ups with them would be required.
