For Ph.D you should be masters in mathematics M.Sc. /M.Stat with at least 55% marks or higher and need to appear for university level research aptitude test or JRF NET

You may apply to IIT Jaipur, Rajasthan University, Mohanlal Sukhadia university if you are looking from Rajasthan
