Every country has their own medical council which regulates the doctors to practice. You can first apply for registration in the medical council of Australia where in they will tell what you have to do. Not only to write their exam they also will ask you to work under one of their doctor as intern

Hi,
Studying abroad is a good option. The eligibility criteria and admission procedure differs from one university to another. It would be advisable to contact the university officials directly for specific details.
