How can i qualify KAS or IAS exams as i am an average student and want to go through arts.
I have recently passed 10+2 exams and now my goal is to qualify either KAS or IAS exams after 3year bachelors degree in arts,now i need your help that what subjects should i choose excluding urdu and from when should i start preparing and how to prepare for general studies

First of all do not think that you are a average student, with strong dedication and hard work you can surely clear IAS or KAS exam.
Now to start preparation, as you have completed your 12th, you can start preparing for it form now on.
