The 15 OLQs are: Effective Intelligence Reasoning Ability Organizing ability Power of Expression Social Adaptability Co-operation Sense of Responsibility Initiative Self Confidence Quickness of Decision Ability to influence Liveliness Determination Courage Stamina These are the set of officer like quality required for ssb interview. You just have to be natural and sensible like an officer to get selected. Moreover for complete procedure you should refer SSBCRACK, they give quality description of it.

During SSB board looks for Officer like qualities (OLQs) in candidates. OLQ are qualities that a candidate must have to get commission in Armed Forces. During SSB candidates are evaluated on following OLQs: Effective Intelligence, Reasoning Ability, Power of Expression, Self Confidence, Determination, Organizing Ability, Initiative, Courage, Cooperation, Sense of Responsibility, Stamina, Group Influencing Ability, Liveliness, Social Adaptability and Speed of Decision. Some of the OLQs qualities can be gained with our day to day experiences and learning. You can develop these qualities by participating in sports and extracurricular activities, working with NGOs on community initiatives, student forums in school and colleges. Now you do not have time to develop OLQ, therefore, my only suggestion is that you demonstrate your original QLQ qualities, because if you fake it, you will reduce your chances to get selected.
