How can I qualify the medical entrance exam of government colleges?

Hello Dear,
As per the directives of honorable Supreme Court of India NEET is the only gateway for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India. There's no other option. The exception being AIIMS and JIPMER which have got their separate entrances.
