How can I quickly finish my Bachelor in civil engineering through credit transfer?
I had done Diploma in 2015 and recently skipped my BE civil in 3rd year of engineering. Now, I'm planning to finish my study quickly. Is there any university or college that provides credit transfer in course for Bachelors in civil engineering?

Not possible. Technical Courses through distance education are not recognized. Regards.
