You must use the official password recovery steps mentioned on the DSSSB (Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board) portal to retrieve your previous password.
1. Go to the DSSSB login page where you should select the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Proceed by entering the email address which you registered for DSSSB account along with your mobile phone number.
3. You will get an OTP through your registered mobile phone or email address.
4. You need to enter the received OTP correctly to create a new password according to DSSSB security regulations.
