<p>A candidate needs to deposit or pay the counselling fee before registering for the Haryana B.Tech. Admission process through the official website. A step-by-step process is mentioned below:</p><ol><li>Visit the official website and then click on the "New Registration' link.</li><li>Now, submit the details, including course preference, roll number (generated at the time of counselling fee payment), application number, date of birth, and name. Note: All the details, like the name and date of birth, should be as per the JEE Main admit card.</li><li>A series of columns will be displayed after the candidates submit the details mentioned above, and the candidates must also fill out all the columns with relevant details.</li><li>Now, cross-check the details.</li><li>Click on the link that indicates 'Registration Confirmation'.</li><li>Login to the website again with your user ID and password.</li><li>Confirm the details of registration and proceed to the choice filling. It is advisable for the candidates to fill out the maximum number of choices in order to increase the Probability of securing admission.</li><li>"Lock' the choices after filling. - Take a printout of the application form and also the choice preference for future reference.</li></ol>
