How can I score 70% in class 12th boards? I'm mainly afraid of accounting and maths.

What is your fear? Do that subjects first, after that all other subjects, do practice of maths and accounts daily, and you will be able to score above 70%.

First of all, clear all concepts with your theory notes. Then, please solve previous years papers and do deskwork's or other mock test books. I was an average Student, but I scored 93.6 percentage in class 12th with this strategy.
