How can I score well in class 12th board exams?

I have got a month left for its preparation. I've been scoring pretty well in chemistry (120+ out of 150), quite okay in maths (around 130 for 200) and a little low in physics (80-90 out of 150). Though, improvement is there but will I be able to score more than 1150 out of 1200?

Just keep your basics clear. Keep practising problems and revising the concepts. More you try the problems more easy you will find the concepts to apply. You are doing good in Maths and Chemistry. Physics need improvement, you need to concentrate on the key points in the concepts of Physics. Keep solving previous year papers it will help you to get the feel of exam.
    All the best.
