The minimum eligibility criterion for admission in MBA is at least a 3-years bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent (45 per cent for SC/ST or persons with disability (PWD) category). Unfortunately you are not eligible to seek admission in MBA because of your poor academic performance.

Unfortunately, IGNOU and SMU have set a minimum eligibility criteria of 50% aggregate marks in graduation for admission to their MBA programs in marketing. Since your graduation percentage is 41%, you may not be eligible for admission to these programs. However, some universities and institutes may have relaxation in their eligibility criteria for candidates with relevant work experience or other qualifications. You can try to check with other universities or institutes that offer MBA programs in marketing and advertising to SEE if they have any relaxation in their eligibility criteria or any other requirements that you may fulfill.
