How can i set up my Stationary factory like STAEDLER? What are the characteristics and aspects to setting up a company ?

I am 17 and my dream is to become an industrialist. I have planned to set up a Stationary company like STAEDLER. I am planning to pursue manufacturing Engg. next year. Kindly explain.
