You can enter into Canada for a health care management diploma program or any other related non clinical programs. While doing this you can file your application for dental council registration. They will call you for interview and based on your qualification and experience that will ask you to go t

First of all, you need to clear NDBE exam of Canada.
If you are able to crack it, then only you are eligible to work there as a dentist.

Dear Henish, after you pursue the study as per your interest you must be registered under the Canadian Dental Association. Id you want to settle down as a Dentist doing an MPH won't help much, you may pursue a public health degree later. Masters in dental field will be essential.
