How can I shift from IIT Bombay to MIT if I get admission for B.Tech?

Firstly after going through such an exhausting process of getting admitted to IIT-Mumbai, why you need to switch to B.Sc? Getting admission in B.Sc is very simple. You can tell IIT-Mumbai that you are no more interested in B.Tech and take TC from them.
