    As per my experience/knowledge till B.Sc. Peoples are referring different types of publications textbooks and learn from them which does not give courage to students to be in reaserch or do a research related to some topics. I would suggest go for books which are written by different researchers. Read research papers and try make you basics strong so you will get better knowledge of what you are learning. This may give you courage to learn new this search for several topics and reaction and automatically your skill related to Chemistry will increase.
