How can I start an IT company in my city?

I want IT support (Java, Oracle and Unix) projects outsourced to India.

For that join a good mentoring program and it starts with NASSCOM 10000 nobody will outsource you any business unless you show you have enough infrastructure and capability and it needs lot of dedication meeting so many people building networking and proving yourself.
