How can I start my preparations for JEE 2019 until my droppers batch starts at coaching institute? I don't want to waste time.

Well, I think I am capable enough to answer the question as I took a drop and cleared JEE then. First of all, it is really necessary to know in what concepts you are sound and in what concepts you can't even handle board level questions. Secondly, as you decided correctly, sitting idle would just make you resistive towards long study hours, which is a basic requirement of JEE. So start studying, I'd suggest start with making a time plan from today until the repeater batch starts.
