How can I start studying astronomy after completing B.Tech in electrical engineering? Currently, I am in the 3rd year.
Also, suggest the detailed procedure.

Astronomy is a very good subject of study and perhaps the best institute to study is IIAP. I am attaching link. Please go through it and then if there are any doubts in your mind please do not hesitate to ask.
