My suggestion for you is to try to pursue graduation in India itself. If you want to pursue your studies in abroad, you can pursue MBA from abroad.

You can appear for SAT exam, then you can register on common application website and login as a student. Common application is single application to 1000 of college in USA. Now, you can choose 3 to 4 colleges. But, I would recommend you to complete your common application first.
First, you need to decide which course you want pursue, then check the availability of particular course over the college website. You also have 2nd option to join some private admission consultancy, which will tell you about step by step process.

For commerce stream, I would suggest you to complete your Bachelor's degree in India itself, and then try for MBA in Canada, New Zealand or Australia as these countries have a better future for MBA students.
    I hope it helps.
