How can I study abroad? I am preparing for government jobs. I have a B.Tech degree in electronics and communication.

After I completed my engineering. I started preparing for government jobs but could not get any. So, now I have a gap of 3 years. Can I study abroad or do something in India only. I think due to the lack of experience, landing a good job for me is not possible.

Without datails assessment of your acedmic profile, it is difficult to advise country and university. If your acedmic career was excellent you may evaluate MS in Germany.

I suggest you prepare for GATE and do M.Tech from a prestigious engineering institutes then you can start your career with job in campus placement.
