For studying abroad you need to first evaluate which country is good for you as per your course requirement and then you need to check eligibility criteria which may include English language test requirement along with minimum percentage of marks in your last exam

First you need to decide the country and the program you want to study. Your second concern should be your future plans and than decide. Good luck!
