How can i study geology but i am an arts student i want to study geology.

Dear student, With your stated qualification it is not possible to work as geologist or geo-physisist in GSI but for some general but important posts to run the office you are very much eligible to be recruted through their recruitment process. So, keep hope and go ahead. Best wishes.
