How can I study in the 1st-year of college with JEE preparation? What should be the time-table for JEE Mains?

See, if you want, you can do anything. For JEE Mains preparation, you can take out time in the night or you can take out some free time from the classes by not going and maintaining attendance of 75% and utilizing that time in studying for JEE Mains preparation.

First main thing is that you will not get enough time if you are in college, there are a lot of assignment, files, sheets you have to do.
