For M.Tech in SIngapore you would require a good percentage in bachelors degree ( more than 50%) with an IELTS score of overall 6.5. National University of Singapore is inviting students from abroad. Please check the details with the University web site.

Hi,
In order to pursue MS form Singapore you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus n graduation.
Relevant undergraduate course from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
