How can I study Masters in colleges that require 4-year Bachelors programme when I have only 3 years of Bachelors programme?

According to rules, certain courses, such as M.Tech, require you to have graduated with a four-year Bachelor's degree. You cannot get admission to these colleges with a three-year Bachelor's degree. For example, you can do an M.A. After any three-year graduation programme, but you cannot do an M.E.
