Dear Navin, For doing an MBA in USA you need to have:
    1. An undergrad degree of US equivalence from a reputed Indian University with decent scores
    2. You also need to have GMAT scores with TOEFL
    3. Ideally all universities expect you to have work experience of 3-5 yrs
    4. Good essays & Letter of references for your application.
    5. Your application should be filed on time - ie. Round 1 or 2 of the application.
    Regards
    Nidhi Sharma

For an MBA, you need to clear the GMAT and English tests. Additionally you should have 3+ years of experience to get into a decent university. Hope this helps.
