The migration from BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) to MBBS is not allowed in India under normal circumstances since both the courses deal with distinct medical fields. But you can resume MBBS from the beginning by clearing NEET-UG once more and getting admitted in an MBBS college
