How can I switch from Infosys BPM to Infosys Limited (IT)?

I have been working in Infosys BPM for almost 2 years as of now in the finance and accounting domain and would like to switch into IT field. I am from commerce background. Most people switch as a consultant or analyst even with the non-technical background.

Hi Vaibhav Soni, The only way to change your domain is either through IJP (Internal Job posting), or if you have any contact with the senior managers in IT project. These are the only two possible cases that can help you get into the IT department. Hope it helps.
