If your current college is affiliated to MGU, only then it is possible to do so. But then again, you will have to check if there are seats vacant in MGU and state a proper and solid reason for the change.

Transfer of college is possible within same university only depending upon college rules. You should contact your college administration regarding rules of transfer they offer transfer of college in second year only with the consent of your college and the respective department of college, you want
