How can I take admission in a good university or college of Delhi or NCR in civil engineering stream to pursue M.Tech?
My GATE is not cleared. My B.Tech in civil engineering is done in first class with 7.63 CGPA. Can you please suggest me a good college or university and a good course in M.Tech?
