How can I take admission in B.Tech from Delhi and Punjab University? When the registration will start?

I have completed my diploma in ECE. I want to take admission in B.Tech.

You can fill up the registration forms available online and offline, appear for entrance test of the university, if qualified may take admission directly in 2nd year. Some universities like Manav Rachna, Indraprastha and Amity University have started providing their forms. Other than these, in Uttar
