How can I take admission in International Institute of Management and Technical Studies, Hyderabad for distance B.Tech in civil engineering?

There are many instituions offering BE in any branch via distance education mode. In this there are no entrance exams! But a word of caution. Recently SC of India has simply cancelled degrees in engineering obtained by students via distance education mode more than 10 years back. Also any course that demands great amount of practicals, how can it be done via distance education? My advise is to be away from such course.
