How can I take admission in M.Tech in a good college without appearing for GATE? Which are the best colleges for the same?

I have done B.Tech in ECE with 70% and have a work experience of 2 years. I wanted to do M.Tech with scholarship. Which entrance exam should I have to clear in order to get scholarship?
