If you are looking for MBA from Pune University, the basic requirement is a Bachelor's degree and you have to attempt competitive exams like CET, MAT, CMAT and CAT. Most of the students come from CAT and CET. After you're done with your exams then the admission process starts where you have to select a college and in the second year you have to pick a subject and that could be finance, HR or marketing and most of the universities follow the same pattern.
