You need to clear MBA entrance exams (CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT) and than you need to apply for B-Schools. For IIMs, you will be applying when you will the exam form, so no extra form filling for IIMs. For other Autonomous and private institutes, you need to separately fill the form.
