Hi Azhar,
For MBBS in Canada, the process is as follows:
2 to 3 years of pre medical program
MCAT entrance exam
If you score well in entrance exam then you might get the opportunity to study MBBS in Canada. It is extremely challenging and expensive.
For MBBS in Singapore, the selection is based on SAT score, TOEFL, and BMAT exam.
Again it is very competitive and expensive.
I suggest you can opt for esteemed Government Medical Universities in Russian Federation or Ukraine. They offer English medium of education, direct admission and are affordable.

Hi Azhar,
MBBS admission in Canada is very competitive. There is no direct admission. You have to first apply to a Bachelor's degree programme in biological sciences, take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) and then apply to a medical program. Most universities further do not admit international students. You may apply to Singapore, again a very competitive option but there is no need of a prior Bachelor degree program. Check NUS and NTU. Take the SAT too.
