To be eligible for MCA, a candidate needs to study mathematics in either class 12th or in graduation. You needs to score at least 50% in under graduation to be eligible for MCA.

If you can afford to pursue your MCA from a full-time college then do so. As regular full-time degree holders often get higher packages.
