IMT Dubai MBA eligibility is given below:

The applicants must have successfully completed an accredited undergraduate degree from a university licensed by the Ministry of Education UAE with a CGPA of 3.0 and above on a 4.0 scale or its established equivalents
Applicants with a CGPA of 2.5 but less than 3.0 will be given conditional admission based on a successful interview to be conducted by an academic panel
IELTS (6.0 score) / TOEFL score (iBT – 79-80)
2 years of work experience is required by the applicants
All eligible candidates have to attend an Assessment Interview by an academic panel
