    Hello greetings!

CMR University School of Legal Studies, formerly affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University, now a constituent of CMR University, is recognised by the Government of India and the Bar Council of India. Admissions to CMRU is purely based on merit.

To be eligible for admission, you must have a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised university. CMR University prefers LSAT—India™ scores as part of the selection process. You may also need to take an entrance test and an interview.

For a candidate to be admitted to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme in the School of Legal Studies at CMR University, he or she must possess Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognised university. Admission to the academic programmes usually entails sitting for an entrance test and an interview. During registration the candidates have to provide their academic transcripts and other documents. Also, students who intend to join university should ensure that they prepare always for specific dates and conditions necessary for their admission through frequent visits to the university’s website

Students who have completed their graduation in Law from BCI recognised universities with a minimum 55 per cent aggregate are eligible to apply for LLM course. They must also score a decent rank by appearing at various LLM entrance examinations such as ALIET PG, URATPG, LSAT india etc. to pursue LLM course.
