For Hostellers during the working days, outing time is after university hours only in the evening, 5 o' clock till 9 o' clock during the summer season. And, 5 o' clock till 8 o' clock during the winters. Apart from this, outing time is extended for a whole day i.e. from 9 o' clock in the morning til
