How can I turn into an extrovert from an introvert as it's really necessary for group discussions?

Hi Mr. Sharma, I understand that group discussions require voicing of opinions about a topic. But, that doesn't mean that introverts can't perform on the same. You need assessment of the topic, sorting out important points and be ready with the points you made or thought of. Both introverts and extroverts are equally good at the same. Once this procedure is understood, it requires a little practice speaking in public like mock test. I have seen a lot of people taking advantage from the process. However, lack of knowledge is something that can't be substituted.
