How can I work as a senior lecturer in a college? Which course do I need to pursue?

I have done M.Sc in chemistry. I am teaching high school students.

    To pursue for lectureship you have to give UGC NET exam for lectureship and then you can join as an lecturer after completion of training. If you clear the exam then they will consider you for training and then you will reputed in govt universities as an assistant lecturer. You can also try in private colleges as they can consider your profile for lecturer in basis of M.Sc.
