How can i work in the territorial army if i am already employed?

I saw a notification for applying into the territorial army and i wanted to apply. but the thing is i dont understand how we can attend the training and work in it if we are already working? I am an employee of a psu bank. is there any way i can get a leave or something? I just joined the bank.
