How can I write a winning SOP as per my qualification? And what are the refusal reasons for Canada?

I've done 12th in 2013 CBSE board with 79%, B.Com with 75% in 2017, IELTS overall 6.5 (no band less than 6) in Sept. in 2017. applied for Canada visa & got refused twice, first reason not sure you would return to India another was under other reason. I want Jan 2019 intake in Ontario province.

You can get guidance from www.statementofpurpose.com. It is a statement you are giving about yourselves. Need write as your university is good and all that stuff. You are who you are what kind of personality you are and why you are interested in that area of study and what ids your ambition in life.
